A top speed to 40 knots, excellent sea-keeping, spacious accomodations, exceptionally large unobstructed weather deck, low maintenance, ease of repair, and milspec fire retardant double hulled fiberglass construction are characteristics and features that set the Guardian Fast Patrol Craft apart.

The Guardian is a vessel that was conceived and designed by former operators of naval and Coast Guard patrol craft. Severe ocean conditions, combat environments, off-shore protection of economic zones, and marine law enforcement situations were among the employment requirements envisioned for this vessel. Sea-keeping, extended patrol cycles, and crew habitability were major considerations. Common and easily obtainable parts and equipment, and sailor friendly components were a priority.
